Deep dive

Why the developer needed a separate brand

Royal Town is 91,000 m², 1,400 apartments, 11 imobile. The scale of a district, not a building. Projects like this compete not with the new build next door, but with the very idea of living in an already-formed central neighborhood.

The Iași market in 2017 looked uniform: white facade, blue render with a lawn, a pricing war run on discount. A strong product without brand position sells as «square meters», not as a new address for a different way of living. Margin leaks into discount; recognition leaks into the general noise.

What Royal Town got

Positioning: «city within a city». Not «a residential complex», but a district with its own infrastructure, tempo, and social capital. The whole stack hangs off this — from page h1s to ad tone to the naming of blocs (Bloc 1–12).

Top-segment SEO foundation. 25+ static landing pages targeting commercial Iași queries — `apartamente-1/2/3-camere`, `apartamente-copou`, `apartamente-noi-iași`. Organic top-of-page without dependence on paid traffic.

Bilingual for two audiences. RO for locals, EN for diaspora — separate SEO stacks, correct hreflang, no machine translation. Each locale sounds native.

Trust pulled from outside sources. A Wikidata entity (Q138822904) and a Wikipedia draft with 17 references from Forbes, Wall-Street, ZF, Profit.ro. Search engines and AI systems pull structured data themselves — no ad-spend required.

LCP < 1s class speed. Static HTML architecture instead of a WP page-builder. Each page is hand-written, no third-party JS bundles. Visible in Lighthouse and in SERP positions.

What sets us apart

Site architecture = continuation of the brand. Royal Town uses zero page-builders. Every page is hand-written, no third-party JS bundles. Visible in speed, in SERP, and in maintenance cost — which doesn't grow with page count.

Rentals as a separate product inside the brand. The `apartamente-de-inchiriat` page — a JSON-driven catalog of 13 apartments with room and price filters. Managed via WP admin without touching code. The «fără comision» angle is not a marketing line — it's a structural advantage from direct contracts.

Wikipedia + Wikidata as a long-term reputation play. Ad-spend changes; structured data doesn't. AI crawlers read these sources first, and Royal Town surfaces in LLM answers about Iași premium real estate without additional effort.

An SEO stack that doesn't depend on a single vendor. WPCode snippets for redirects, an mu-plugin for forms, hreflang managed at template level. If the team changes tomorrow, everything keeps working without author-bridges.

2026 visibility: Google, Bing, AI

Google. Over the first 5 months of 2026 impressions grew from 91.7K to 250.1K — almost 3× on a like-for-like time window vs 2025. Average site position moved from 21 (page 2) to 7 (top of page 1). Homepage specifically: 20 → 8 position, 47K → 101K impressions (+112%).

Bing. The site is registered in Bing Webmaster Tools, indexing confirmed, sitemap parsed clean. This matters not because of Bing traffic — but because ChatGPT and Copilot pull search results through the Bing index. Royal Town is visible to AI systems as a registered, structured source, not as «another website on the internet».

AI answers. On queries about premium real estate in Iași, residential complexes in Copou, Bloc 12 — Royal Town surfaces in LLM answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews. Without a dedicated AI SEO campaign. It works because the brand has a Wikidata entity (Q138822904), a Wikipedia draft, and 17 references from Forbes, Wall-Street, ZF, Profit.ro — structured sources that LLM systems parse first.

Mobile-first confirmed by the numbers. 80%+ of clicks come from mobile; mobile impressions grew from 61.8K to 217.4K (+252%). That matches the Iași real-estate buyer profile — search on the go, message a manager via WhatsApp, no long desktop sessions.

Where Royal Town grows next

Bloc 12 — the next iteration of brand positioning. The same playbook repeats, each time deeper. New blocs don't start from a blank page.

91,000 m² of pipeline over 5+ years. A scale where the marketing system pays back many times over — every page, every landing, every structural SEO piece keeps producing for years.

Expansion into secondary market and rent-to-own. The same admin stack handles resales and rentals — no new development, no new brand.

Want positioning like this for your project?

Royal Town is a model where development architecture, brand, site, and SEO live as one product — not stitched together after the fact. The format repeats for premium real estate, boutique hotels, mixed-use complexes, premium offices — anywhere a strong product without a position competes on discount.

Discovery sprint — two weeks, €3,500, fix. We look at your numbers — lead-flow, CPL, organic share, AOV, funnel-stage conversion — and tell you straight: where the margin is, where the leak is, and whether to enter. The amount is credited toward build if we go forward.
