Why the brand needed MIA

A premium brand with 50+ products and an audience that wants expert dialogue, not 'available with a discount'. The team was losing time on the same questions — where's my order, what should I take, for which skin. A site with a large catalog where visitors left without choosing. Leads slipping away at night and on weekends.

We built MIA — a separate voice for the brand. Not a 'bot,' but a persona that answers in 2 seconds, walks the customer from the first question to the cart, and knows every product deeper than most managers.

What the brand got

One voice across three channels. Telegram, web quiz, and any free text outside the script — one persona, one tone, one memory everywhere. The customer writes in TG, continues on the site — MIA remembers the context.

Three languages natively. Ukrainian, Russian, English with auto-detection from the message. No machine translation and no calques — the brand voice sounds equally premium in every language.

Quiz as a salesperson. Eight questions become a personal bundle of 2–4 products with reasoning. One click — cart assembled, promo applied. Quiz-to-purchase conversion runs many times higher than a static catalog.

Discounts no longer leak. Under pressure 'give me 30%', MIA does not cave: she offers one promo by brand rules or explains the premium positioning. The margin is protected.
