What if the room is already full?+
The form knows your capacity and won't allow overbooking. You confirm or cancel every booking yourself.
Who confirms a booking?+
You or your manager, with one button in Telegram. You can also call the guest back, since the phone number comes with the booking.
What about banquets?+
The form routes large groups and banquets to a call or an inquiry, and those get discussed in person.
Does this work together with the online menu?+
Yes. The booking button goes right into the menu: the guest looks at the dishes and books a table on the spot.
